This is labeled “Nina Fowler’s drawing of Rudolph Valentino” on artnet. I’m assuming Nina Fowler has the uncanny ability to attempt to draw one silent film actor and end up with a drawing bearing a remarkable resemblance to another silent film actor entirely. Which is a pretty damn cool ability.
Stunning.
I love this set! The way he just barely brandishes the gun, just enough of an intimidation to make the point. Then the trickery spin in the next one, like “and here we go”.
